The Daily Dish

In the second week of competition, the nine remaining home cooks return for another chance to win The Great American Recipe and to have their dish featured on the cover of The Great American Recipe cookbook. This week's theme is The Daily Dish.In the first round, the home cooks have 45 minutes to prepare their most beloved "in a pinch" recipe using their pantry staples. In the second round of the competition, the cooks have 90 minutes to make their most crowd-pleasing recipe to share with the panel of judges, and one cook will be named the winner of the week while another is sent home.
