Team Challenge: Four-Course Vegetarian Meal Aboard the Q Train

Aboard the Q Train travelling restaurant our contestants, in teams, must prepare a vegetarian course using oyster mushrooms, baby zucchini, eggplant or figs. The bottom two teams face elimination.
