Title hopefuls Manchester City take on a Bolton side in need of points to bolster their battle against relegation, while Chelsea head to the Hawthorns to face West Brom. Elsewhere, Blackburn host Aston Villa, QPR meet Everton, Stoke take on Norwich and Wigan face Swansea.
