A city destroys itself with pollution, leaving it to Galactor. They use the toxic waste to mutate a creature that can swim, float in water, and float in air. If The Science Ninja Team does not stop it,  it will magnify light to dangerous levels. The English Dub has the title: The Fearsome Jellyfish Lens.
