A young, dynamic family is living in a brown builder-grade house that looks like all the others on the block. Inside, it's overrun with children's toys and disconnected by compartmentalized rooms. Designer Jasmine Roth swaps the floor plan to create a warmer welcome and delivers a modern Scandinavian design with custom features, including a motorized smoothie station and wall mural.
