Episode 4

A doctor needs his lawyer to evict a defaulting tenant from his old family home. Over 30 men found living in an unsafe house refuse to name the landlord. A property owner calls in Landlord Action when he suspects that defaulting tenants have caused extensive damage. A landlady needs to get into her next-door property when her elderly tenant, an extreme hoarder, dies.
