Second Chapter in St. Augustine

Now that her kids are heading to college, a newly-engaged couple begins a new chapter and moves from Colorado to St. Augustine, Florida. She wants a coastal vibe and plenty of closet space, but he wants an outdoor kitchen and a big garage for his cars.
