Bernice is thrown by the arrival of Dee Dee and keeps up the charade that she is rich, lavishing an expensive breakfast and promises on her daughter. When she sees how well Dee and Gabby and getting on, she has a decision to make as Diane urges her to drop her charade. As Chrissie steps up her efforts to find Lachlan, Rebecca is frantic when Seb goes missing and assumes that Robert is to blame. As she blurts out to her family what Robert was planning behind their backs, they are left staggered. Bob tries his best to make it up to Brenda and reveals a grand gesture.
