Emma is frustrated after being caught out and fears that Laurel now suspects her – which she does as she confides in Harriet how odd Emma is behaving. Later, though, Emma sees a way of manipulating poor Arthur and sets up a cruel trap. Charity works with Megan but becomes frustrated when she sees her happy with Frank and tells Debbie that she plans to expose that they slept together. However, Tracy and David have overheard everything. A handwritten letter arrives for Chrissie and Lawrence fears that his lies are about to be blown apart.
