The team arrive in Gloucester to help rescue 16-year-old Amy and 12-year-old Nick from single mum Mel's hapless attempts at DIY, which have left holes where the fireplace used to be, plaster falling off the walls, and shelves and curtain poles held up by adhesive alone. Presented by Nick Knowles.
