Martin Roberts, Dion Dublin and Martel Maxwell look at a fire-damaged house in Upped Beedon in West Sussex crying out for some tender loving care, a semi-detached house needing modernisation in Walsall in theWest Midlands, and a former barn in Sutton Valence in the Kent countryside. All of these properties have been sold under the hammer; Martin, Dion and Lucy meet the new owners who are keen to share their plans for their projects.
