Martin, Dion and Martel meet developers who all have very ambitious plans for their auction buys in Littleover in Derby, Barking in Essex and Congleton in Cheshire. Ideas range from a two-floor extension,creating an extra home and a radical rethink on the use of one of the buildings. But do any of the developers manage to realise their dreams?
