The Juveniles

A water skier is murdered when she takes a tumble and the speedboat bears down on her. Homicide Detectives uncover their first lead at a baby-sitting agency, and soon find a connection between the agency, a group of juvenile delinquent motor-cyclists and a series of burglaries.
