Medicinal Fried Chicken

Due to new laws banning fast-food restaurants from being built in low-income towns, Cartman starts his own Kentucky Fried Chicken cartel to get his fix. Meanwhile, all of the abandoned fast-food joints have been converted to medicinal marijuana dispensaries, prompting Randy to intentionally make himself sick so he can have a reason to smoke weed.
