Nicki Chapman helps a rural property shopper who has £250,000 to buy her ideal country home in north Wales and has drafted in her best friend for moral support. Along the way, Nicki takes an historic train ride along the beautiful coastline and meets the volunteer train driver who is helping keep Wales' railway heritage on track.
