Gilroy's Great Garlic Cook-Off

The world's garlic capital, Gilroy, CA, hosts eight amateur chefs in its world famous Great Garlic Cook-Off. From appetizers to desserts, each chef makes one recipe using at least six cloves of garlic in hopes of winning $5,000 and the Garlic Crown.
