The second episode of Fraud Squad sees detectives from the City of London and Metropolitan Police pursue a gang behind the biggest ever bank cheque fraud in Britain, worth over £6.5 million.The major banks are reporting thousands of stolen chequebooks and a huge surge in high quality counterfeit cheques. Detectives suspect one gang is behind the fraud, stealing millions from businesses, charities and private account holders across Britain.
