If I Had a Quarter-Million

After Barney runs off a hobo loitering near the railroad tracks, he discovers a satchel containing a large amount of money stolen as a result of a bank heist. However, upon bringing it to the jailhouse, he goes against Andy's orders of not going undercover in order to bring the robber to justice.
