Citizen's Arrest

After Barney tickets Gomer for committing an illegal U-turn, he immediately performs the same act. Not wanting Barney to be held to a different standard than the other residents of town, Gomer promptly performs a citizen's arrest. Barney however, refuses to listen to reason, and as a result, he announces that he would rather resign from the Sheriff's office than face ridicule and pay the fine associated with his ticket. Upon hearing what Barney did, Gomer finds a way to get Barney to ask for his job back.
