Dropping Anchor in the Lake of the Ozarks

Herman and Susan live in Louisburg, Kansas with their two children, Mandy and Herman IV. They've been vacationing on the Lake of the Ozarks since 1997 and even bought a home there in 2007. But when the family realized they wanted to live in a more central location, closer to friends and all the lake action, they sold it. Now, Herman and Susan want to not only find a new home near the Hurricane Deck Bridge, but a property that has deep enough water and enough storage space for a brand new boat they plan to buy once their search is complete. With the help of real estate agent, Terry Summers, Herman and Susan hope to find a lakefront family getaway for $225,000 or less, because spending any more would cut into the boat budget and that's just not an option.
