Episode 22

Lisa Holloway travels the UK to meet people who are keen on turning their empty rooms into potential goldmines. Vic from Llanelli wants to raise money for his daughter's university tuition and has started to rent out rooms in his seven-bedroom house on an ad hoc basis. He is in two minds as to whether to turn his home into a full time bed and breakfast though, and Lisa is on hand to help him make a thorough assessment.
