Alex Polizzi returns to First In Last Out in Winchester, Hampshire. On her previous visit, poor hygiene led to her refusing to stay overnight at the B&B, so she is keen to see whether owner Jon Sweeney has managed to introduce and maintain an acceptable standard of cleanliness in the 17th-century building.
