After Ankh is absorbed, Shingo regained consciousness. Eiji and Hina don't want Shingo involved in the fighting, so they leave him at Cous Cousier. Maki confronts Eiji and demands the purple Core Medals. Eiji refuses to hand them over. But then Maki tells Eiji something important. Meanwhile, Ankh successfully leaves Lost-Ankh by breaking one of his own Core Medals. Appearing in front of Eiji, he suddenly attacks him and join the Greeeds.
