Mea Culpa

While testifying in the murder trial of a restaurant owner, Grissom is presented with new evidence that leads the team to reopen the case. The reopening of the case causes Eckley to closely examine Grissom and his team’s effectiveness, and the results of his examination leads to an unprecedented change in the both the team and the series.
