Arthur's Perfect Christmas

Arthur wants his family to have a great Christmas, but struggles with his attempts. Meanwhile, Buster's mom is worried about making Christmas enjoyable for Buster, and Francine cannot come to Muffy's huge Christmas party because celebrating Hanukkah with her family is more important to her.
