The Oil Spill

An oil spill has contaminated the water around the island of Iloka and is polluting the food supply. This gives Dexter the idea to use the oil to drive the Milihune off the island. But Flipper, Lopaka and Charlie the Dugong trie to prevent Dexters Plan and save the Milihunes.
