Jim and Mary Ellen Byrne have a lot of work cut out for them. In addition to vaulting the ceilings in their main living area for a dramatic transformation, they are switching position of their kitchen from one side of the house to the other. Add a new fireplace facade and the Byrne's are looking at big bucks to complete their project.
